Microsoft Dynamics 365 "Tenerife" is the full-featured Cloud / SaaS solution of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, which is currently still carrying the Dynamics 365 "Tenerife" working title. According to Microsoft, the solution will be launched in spring 2018 in 14 different countries, including Germany.
In the line of " Mobile first, Cloud first" Microsoft offers companies the opportunity to enter the cloud with an ERP SaaS solution. There will also be a code-equivalent NAV version parallel, which can be operated on its own data centers.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales
Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales is the new branding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. Inspite of the changeover, the focus remains on sales and contact management. Dynamics 365 for Sales provides you with the right leads, contacts, and sales opportunities to build your companies‘ sales pipeline. Integrated processes lead you through the phases of the sales process. User-friendly dashboards support the achievement of goals and provide important information to increase sales. You can optimize your solution and sales processes by add-on applications developed by partners and Microsoft in AppSource.
By Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing, a marketing module will be released in 2018. It pools your marketing content, data and processes with Dynamics 365 to create engaging customer experiences passing all touchpoints.
In addition, other interesting extensions of the Dynamics 365 "Tenerife" basic modules are possible: Retail, Field Service, Customer Service, Project Service Automation and Talent.
