In spite of the large portion of technical components, IT projects are made by people for people. An open and fair communication forms the basis for a successful cooperation. In order to be able to ensure a high degree of transparency in the project team communication, we utilise modern methods, which enable us to integrate all team members in the decision and conversion process in the case of decentrally organised company structures. With the help of a database – which is based on SharePoint technology – all project-related data is collected in an extranet (with a so-called collaborative workspace) and can be viewed and edited by both you as well as prisma informatik in the same manner, irrespective of the location.

Source code optimisation and testing scenarios
In the framework of the technical implementation, prisma informatik utilises the SCOuTS procedure. By utilising this procedure, it is ensured that the maintenance of the application is independent of individual people and can be further developed. The delivery, versioning and the release maintenance of the ERP software is subject to a stringent procedure, which makes it possible to further develop the same application as a team (for instance consisting of the staff of both the customer as well as prisma informatik). In detail, the procedure controls the following matters in regard to software development:
