The integration offers a simple search function and quick access to Business Central business contacts directly from Microsoft Teams (e.g. to make calls). There is no need to switch applications to do this. Instead, all contact details can be viewed entirely within Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft continues to expand cloud capabilities
In order to provide companies with even better access to the cloud, Microsoft recently announced further innovations at its global partner conference Inspire. Among other things, the new cloud service Windows 365 was presented. It moves the entire operating system (Windows 10 and 11 from the end of 2021) with all applications, tools, data and configurations to the Microsoft Cloud, from where it can be used on any end devices. This creates a new hybrid category for personal computers - the Cloud PC.
