Entering files into Dynamics 365 Business Central manually can result in a loss of important working time that can be used for other important tasks. With the PI Suite Data Hub from prisma informatik the corresponding files can now be easily imported and processed.
The PI Suite Data Hub enables the simple and reliable import, checking and processing of files in Dynamics 365 Business Central. The files can be imported into the PI Suite Data Hub lines not only via the local network, but also directly via the directories in Microsoft SharePoint using the integration of PI Explorer for SharePoint and its user-friendly interface.
The PI Suite Data Hub makes it easy to generate unposted sales invoices. For example, invoices from solutions that are not integrated in Business Central can be imported and settled. Alternatively, the sustainability journal can be filled in and the collected data conveniently posted for sustainability reporting – without an extra interface or manual intervention.
Import, check and process files
The solution covers different areas. The PI Suite Data Hub Role Center, for example, provides an overview of the imported data and the option to navigate to the created documents or journal lines. The imported data records can be viewed, edited, reviewed and processed in the PI Suite Data Hub Lines. The PI Suite Data Hub Transfer Types represent the central node that differentiates the files and controls the checking and processing routine, among other things. The PI Suite Data Hub Log Entries are also used to document further information (such as error messages).
With the PI Suite Data Hub, files can be easily and conveniently imported and processed in Dynamics 365 Business Central – tedious manual data entry is no longer necessary. In addition, unposted sales invoices can be generated easily and conveniently. Alternatively, the sustainability journal can also be easily filled. This ensures a clear overview and full traceability of the imported and processed data.
