This year, the prisma group will once again be represented at the DocuWare Partner Event in Berlin in April – with various integration solutions from the areas of document management, ERP and data analysis.
From April 9th up to 10th, the prisma group can be found at the DocuWorld Partner Conference in Berlin (ESTREL Hotel Berlin | Sonnenallee 225 | 12057 Berlin). The event is the annual main event for all DocuWare sales partners from Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Asia-Pacific region and regularly provides insights into the latest technologies and solutions in the field of document management.
This year, DocuWorld is themed on “Empowering Automation Together”. It also serves as a training and networking platform where attendees can exchange ideas and network with DocuWare and external experts. The program will be expanded to include numerous workshops as well as targeted best-practice and hands-on training sessions.
Possible integration solutions for a comprehensive user experience
With “Dynamics to DocuWare” (listed in Microsoft AppSource under “To DocuWare”), the prisma group will once again be presenting its integration solution for audit-proof document storage from Dynamics 365 Business Central at this year’s partner event. The solution can also be used optimally for the fast delivery of the preconfigured solution for incoming invoice processing from DocuWare. “Dynamics to DocuWare” is also ideal for implementing other business scenarios, such as order processing, incoming goods documents, contract management, project files and more.
In addition, the prisma group also has solutions for business intelligence requirements in combination with DocuWare. With prisma’s data analysis and evaluation platform, for example, DocuWare system, workflow and document data can be read out for the preparation and provision of analysis data. It is also possible to connect and evaluate other systems and data sources.
This enables cross-system analyses, modeling and reports with the BI software (e.g. from Qlik or Microsoft) as well as an improvement in data and report quality for DocuWare and the connected software. This provides companies with optimal support for process analysis, interface monitoring and data quality improvement.
Integrated solution also for commercial project controlling
For (IT) project service providers in particular, the prisma group is once again presenting its integrated solution for commercial project controlling in Business Central. This covers all relevant processes from project planning and costing, budget control, employee time recording to cost postings and evaluations. The solution also offers all important functions for efficient (group) financial accounting. In addition, the “Dynamics to DocuWare” solution enables extended filing of project and order documents. Project analysis and multi-project controlling can be mapped with the BI software from Qlik.
