Implementations of ERP Software based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV
prisma informatik GmbH supports international companies during the planning and realisation of ERP systems in their German branch offices. As a local partner in Germany we offer full service for the implementation of ERP software based on Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV and long-term support and optimisation.
International projects:
- Complete competency in all Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV modules including production
- System set-up in regard to adherence to German legislation (financial accounting, turnover tax accounting, GdPdU – Principles of data access and auditing of digital documents)
- Competency in regard to ERP software Dynamics NAV in the consolidation and presentation of requirements of international accountancy (cost of sales method, IAS, IFRS)
- Support of inter-company business processes
- System set-up of modules, which are not included in the international standard scope (monetary transactions, cost and performance calculation, reporting, ELSTER – electronic tax return, urging letters, Intrastat etc.)
- Support of ERP software on site as well as telephone support and support with remote maintenance
In the international project business, prisma informatik GmbH additionally offers the hub and spoke model for the implementation of ERP software as a local partner. By means of this concept, divided ERP systems based on Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV (spokes) are connected to a central ERP system (hub). The hubs and spokes are integrated by means of EDI methods (Electronic Data Interface) in order to connect different – cross-company – processes with each other. The hub system must not necessarily be the ERP software based on Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV. Other systems – such as i.e. SAP – can be integrated in the communication.
