Link – Compare – Analyse! Keep track of ERP data

What potential is slumbering in the data of an ERP system? Maintain control of the collected data and use it to make meaningful and profitable analyses and assessments – prisma informatik knows how.

Nuremberg, Germany, 9 March 2016. The NAVdiscovery Toolbox of prisma informatik helps companies to achieve analyses and reports. It links the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP solution quickly and easily with the powerful business intelligence solutions QlikView® and Qlik Sense® from Qlik®, a leader in visual analytics, and thus provides the user with the many advantages and functions of an established analytics and assessment platform in just one system. Furthermore, an arbitrary number of other data sources can be integrated and managed, for example Dynamics CRM.

Linking the systems creates almost unlimited possibilities for analysis and visualization in Microsoft Dynamics. Every user can query the data of interest without needing assistance by the IT department. In this way, data can generally be studied and independently analysed in all possible directions, meaning the user is no longer limited to predefined standard analyses. Qlik Sense also provides simple ways to create visualizations, reports and dashboards by simple Drag & Drop. The analyses generated can then be embedded directly into the user interface of Dynamics NAV or Dynamics CRM.

Linking various data sources and exchanging information between them ultimately facilitates the systematic processing and analysing of data collected in all linked operative systems. In this way, customer behaviour patterns, business potentials or market conditions analysed and assessed using QlikView, can serve as a basis for making decisions on future business processes and actions in Dynamics NAV or CRM.
