At the DocuWare main event in Berlin this April, the prisma group will consistently be presenting various integration solutions from the areas of document management, ERP and data analysis.
Nuremberg, 09.04.2024 - The DocuWorld Partner Conference is the main event for all DocuWare sales partners from Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region. Referring to this years slogan "Shaping Tomorrow", participants can delve deeper in the latest technologies and solutions in the field of document management and workflow automation and take a look into the future.
As always, the event also offers a comprehensive education and networking platform to exchange ideas and network with DocuWare and external experts. The program is rounded out by numerous workshops as well as targeted best-practice and hands-on training sessions.
This years event will take place on April 25th and 26th at the JW Marriott Hotel in the German federal capital Berlin.
prisma group again represented with integration solutions
Again the prisma group is taking part in the DocuWorld Partner Conference. With "Dynamics to DocuWare" – which can be found in the Microsoft AppSource under "To DocuWare" – the company will continue presenting its integration module for audit-proof document storage from Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV). The module is also ideal for quickly delivering DocuWare's preconfigured solution for processing incoming invoices. Other business scenarios such as order processing, incoming goods documents, contract management, project files and more can also be realized if required.
In addition, the prisma group also offers solutions for business intelligence requirements with DocuWare. With the prisma groups data analysis and evaluation platform, DocuWare system, workflow and document data, for example, can be read out for the preparation and provision of analysis data (e.g. in the Microsoft Azure Cloud). Cross-system analyses, modeling and reports with the market-leading BI software from Qlik or Microsoft are made possible, as well as an improvement in data and report quality for DocuWare and the associated Microsoft Business Software. This provides companies with optimal support for process analysis, interface monitoring and data quality improvement, among other things.
Solution for project service providers in Business Central
Especially for (IT) project service providers, the prisma group is also presenting its integrated solution for commercial project controlling in Dynamics 365 Business Central, which covers all important processes from project planning, project costing, budget control and employee time recording to cost postings and evaluations. The solution also includes all important functions for (group) financial accounting.
In addition, with the "Dynamics to DocuWare" or "To DocuWare" interface, DocuWare ensures extended storage of project and order documents. Project analysis and multi-project controlling can be mapped with the BI software Qlik and Dynamics 365 Sales helps to manage long acquisition phases.
